Polite and helpful customer service but no action is taken afterwards!The worst thing is this app dumm, mostly not work you can't type the time and if do not type the time your not gonna passThe app is so silent i am very happy.. not working tracking...no any messages...no any update about your shipment ...zajil express always sleeping in my phone....😂😂😂worst operation ever, i had my first order, selected the time range between 9 and 12, he calls me at 2..i tell him no i need from 9 to 12 its ok come tomoro 9 to 12.., then i wait 4 days without them calling..complete waste of time..Very bad application, not responding, search item not include all the shipment number, difficult to use,A wonderful application and its services are varied and easy, I loved it, good luck.app is totally useless.

2. Please explain how you launched an app that doesn't even accept the 12 digit tracking number? Please fire whoever is responsible for allowing such a ridiculous error to even see the light of day.Worse shipping company in Saudi Arabia application is fine and the pricing.. But the services is horrible.. My shipments are more than 1 week delay and still not yet arriving.. Not a good courier partner for business.Shipment delays.

1. Fix Zajil Express Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Zajil Express: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Zajil Express App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Zajil Express" » Open Zajil Express » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Zajil Express » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Zajil Express app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Zajil Express servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Zajil Express" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Zajil Express app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Zajil Express might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Zajil Express. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Zajil Express then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Zajil Express not working

2. Fix Zajil Express Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Zajil Express be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
