2. Please explain how you launched an app that doesn't even accept the 12 digit tracking number? Please fire whoever is responsible for allowing such a ridiculous error to even see the light of day.Worse shipping company in Saudi Arabia application is fine and the pricing.. But the services is horrible.. My shipments are more than 1 week delay and still not yet arriving.. Not a good courier partner for business.Shipment delays.
