1. It used to automatically show all the DHL EXPRESS shipments that are coming to me on a page that says 'To Me' but now, even when I input the tracking numbers going to me, it does not show up anymore to where I can change delivery options and everything and I now have to track them one by one on the tracking page without being able to edit anything.
2. I literally have more than 10 tracking numbers every time and it is so hard to keep up with them.Hard to navigate, doesn't show my delivery coming and have to use 10 digit airway bill to view it, don't know how to change dates or shipping types.
3. If it's not what we meant to scan, then why you design the camera to scan it? The code works on the website, so why it works on one platform but not work on another? This is so confusing.
4. If you ever have an urgent thing to send or deadline to meet NEVER EVER USE DHL! Terrible service for an expensive price!Everytime I need to use this, it requires an update.
5. The platforms have similar functionality but just not linked so it's disappointing app.USELESS. Scanned the QR, got the 16 digit code, but the app says the code is incorrect.
