1. All those people who have given it 5 stars, must be the developer's family, or people who were paid to write a good review because this app is absolute garbage!! Total frustration...Literally the worst app experience I've ever had.

2. Each time they change it I am unable to gain access to any part of my account.If I could rate zero stars I would.

3. I get locked out of my account a lot and this bs app is worthless and in desperate need of fixingApp is horrible! Sends a verification code EVERY SINGLE TIME, no matter how many times you say don't ask for 45 days.

4. But employees can't log in, can't access pay stubs, can't edit any info, and can't clock in/out, so have to text their clock in & out times to supervisors.

5. It's the worst app I've ever had to use, to the point that I'll have to ask my employer to mail me my checks and cancel direct deposit since I can't see my pay stub because this junk app never works and I can't even log in.

6. Now, won't login unless I uninstall and reinstall every timeApp doesn't work.... At all.

7. Again this app literally doesn't work.This app needs to be worked on.

8. And the app doesn't even work.I can log in through the web but the app is taking too load and won't let me go all the way through.

1. Fix Heartland Payroll+ Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Heartland Payroll+: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Heartland Payroll+ App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Heartland Payroll+" » Open Heartland Payroll+ » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Heartland Payroll+ » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Heartland Payroll+ app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Heartland Payroll+ servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Heartland Payroll+" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Heartland Payroll+ app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Heartland Payroll+ might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Heartland Payroll+. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Heartland Payroll+ then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Heartland Payroll+ not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Heartland Payroll+ be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
