My first trusted credit card who trusted me..4 year's later still my best and most reliable credit lenderI'm not happy I have contacted marbles twice about a £8.99 amazon prime payment that keeps being deducted from my account yet they still haven't stopped the monthly payments I have never had amazon prime in my life this has happened before with marbles it's really not what you would expect from this company.Won't let me log in, get as far as putting my pass code in but app just cycles through asking for numbers indefinitely and I can't proceed.Refused to increase my credit limit.

2. unless you ring them to say not too.. which is an inconvenience to ring and spend 30 minutes on the phone .. I do not recommend this credit card to anyone... .I'm updating my review because for me personally Marbles have bent over backwards to help my finances.

3. Tried and tried, waste of time!!!Regards my account Marbles Card it really is so easy to manage my account through the Marbles app regarding spending, and payments which helps you keep on track with your're account.

4. Disappointing, as making larger payments takes me to near my credit utilisation limits.It's easy to use as my first UK credit card (immigrant here).

5. And when I needed help with a situation that occured the guys at Marbles were really supportive in helping me and dealt with the problem swiftly .

9. Cannot even open the app, go to confirm mob number, you press a number then won't let you do anything, you try and type your email and same thing happens , it just won't let you go any further, have to use the desktop site for access.

10. However, the app is blocked in Ukraine which blindsided me while I was visiting and left me unable to make/approve payments.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix marbles card Issues

1. Fix marbles card Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

  2. Update the marbles card App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "marbles card" » Open marbles card » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for marbles card » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear marbles card app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from marbles card servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "marbles card" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check marbles card app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, marbles card might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall marbles card. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall marbles card then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing marbles card not working


2. Fix marbles card Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make marbles card be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to marbles card not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, marbles card may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
