1. There is some sort of glitch when inputting the digits of my passcode so it keeps scrolling through the requested digits making it impossible to log on.Recently got new phone and can no longer sign in when go to put passcode in to sign in it doesn't register when you finished putting code in it just keeps going back and fourth between the boxes so app is useless at the minaqua is great apart from down grading your credit card , when u spend years building it up to make a large purchase , killed my dreams , while paying off what I owed , not good there , it would be nice to asked if I was going to use the amount my giving me an option, that would be great 😠The app seems not working ? Is there any issues ? I can log in online on google but not through the app.
2. If I can't log in I can't use the card any more.the confirmation requests can some times cause overlap issues between accounts when on same device.. you think you have paid and it hasn't...never had a missed/late fee/charge and dont want one...not liking the security when used same accounts for years...its worrying...!! cant Banks work together to avoid these issues..?App itself is good bust aqua service is shocking.
3. Found it hard to get a credit card as had neutral credit, it wasn't good or bad as never had credit before but since my initial limit, I've made payments in full every month & it's been increased twice in the last 12 months.
4. I'd highly recommend Aqua (New Day).After being with my 1st credit card provider CAPITALONE with a starting limit of a measly £200 for over a year with no increase (and still no increase) I looked through credit karma and found AQUA.
5. they started me on an £800 limit and within 3 months of using their card -I never exceeded owing 25% of my balance they emailed me offering an increase to £1850! I was thrilled - had never had an offer or increase before.
6. Still waiting for a manager to call me.Excellent credit card company.
7. It doesn't let me enter passcode but online It does so it s not my passcode which is wrong.if anyone can help thank youTerrible used them for several years .
8. Had the card for several years with no issues but until now I've always used the website.
9. Customer service is also really good, I can't fault them (famous last words, lol).
10. FCS says aqua are supposed to help with persistent debt but no one bothers.
