1. 2nd, You have to add a feature that makes us write tha amount of money instead of choose it at rechargeI'm trying to create an account for a month (till now) .. but each time after I confirm my phone number and fill out the data and try to proceed to the next step, I get a "service is currently unavailable, please try again later!" message!When try to activate it always tells me service is currently unavailable even after the update so what is the update for ! You such a TRASH APPI am trying to activate my account, but it always shows an error message telling me the activation code is incorrect, i have resent it several times and it is the same everytime.

3. I honestly suggest you to remake the whole application, it is full of errors and bugs.Very useful app.

4. Just add the button to generate a pdf or an image or the payment - both received or transferred from the account.The only problem with the wallet is that the daily charge limiter every 24 hours allow you to charge from the visa, and this is a very bad thing.

5. However, after the last update, an Electricity Service notification keeps popping up telling me ( will be closed once recharge SmartCard done).

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix BM Wallet Issues

1. Fix BM Wallet Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart BM Wallet: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.

    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BM Wallet" » Open BM Wallet » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BM Wallet » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear BM Wallet app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BM Wallet servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BM Wallet" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check BM Wallet app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BM Wallet might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall BM Wallet. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BM Wallet then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BM Wallet not working


2. Fix BM Wallet Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BM Wallet be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BM Wallet not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BM Wallet may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
