1. Also love how yiu can track their activity on the Elevacity site!! Awesome!! 7/30/2021: Unfortunately, this App does not work well with Android phones! We can only send 1 video at a time! We must refresh the App or reload it again after EACH TIME we send a video to someone, in order to send another video to someone else, it's most frustrating! Otherwisen the App works nicely.This app is going to change the way we do business! Simple, duplicatable and everything at our fingertips.

2. The sharing options are fantastic not to mention the info that is already there.Every time I try to send the happy coffee video to a prospect, it attaches a page asking for their information and doesn't play the video.

1. Restart The Happy Co.: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the The Happy Co. App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "The Happy Co." » Open The Happy Co. » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for The Happy Co. » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear The Happy Co. app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from The Happy Co. servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "The Happy Co." » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check The Happy Co. app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, The Happy Co. might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall The Happy Co.. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall The Happy Co. then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing The Happy Co. not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make The Happy Co. be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to The Happy Co. not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, The Happy Co. may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
