1. They need to invest more money on developing the mobile interface, learn from Facebook, mobile first...Lacking Core Functionality present in the first version of the app.
2. The old version allows making tickets, but does not work on android with SSO.
3. There's new features that makes it miles better than the 1st version but it's so bug filled that it's practically unusable.
4. Cannot make a new ticket, in a solution 100% focused on helpdesks that use tickets.
5. That alone is enough to not use this version of the mobile app.
6. It kinda annoying, you can't see the contents of some tickets.
7. Obviously an attempt to streamline and modernize the app, but clearly not yet ready for primetime.
