1. 2023, this is antiquated.the last three or four times I have used this app i.e. if I send trip sheet information say on monday for the next two days or so after hitting the send button the information still hasen't gone it will be in pending mode until I hit refresh.

2. Also you can import PDFs from your pc into this app, which i use when i have bills that are 10 to 50 pages, now if Drive Axle has these two features, it would be REALLY Great! Howver, it doesnt so it kinda sorry as balls...We turn in our delivery paperwork with this app.

3. But the biggest problem I've had when turning in papers, there are some the have light ink/print or it's a carbon copy and it doesn't come in clearly but I can't lighten or darken the pictures for it to be seenGarbage.

4. My company insist on using this outdated app, which only works for taking pictures of actual paperwork.

5. We have 20 drivers using it and we all love it, dispatcher gets it via email and can immediately forward it to the shipper! Love itHorrible app! All this app does is crash.

11. It is a pain.The app is so so... I used to use an app called camscanner for sending in bills and i still do for my own eecords, and this app is 100 times better over all because it has batch scanning.

1. Fix Drive Axle Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Drive Axle: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Drive Axle App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Drive Axle" » Open Drive Axle » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Drive Axle » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Drive Axle app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Drive Axle servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Drive Axle" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Drive Axle app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Drive Axle might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Drive Axle. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Drive Axle then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Drive Axle not working

2. Fix Drive Axle Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Drive Axle be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Drive Axle not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Drive Axle may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
