myDRIVE COTC Customer Insights

1. Haven't had a load posted for a few days due to network error...Great app, easy to scan documents, sending pictures of tarped loads, recites.

2. It keeps hiding and unhiding my HOS.This App needs alot of work to be remotely functional and user friendly.

3. Scorecard segment takes seven years and seven months to load.Very easy to use App.

4. Definitely one of the better technologies I've used, but I feel like working through the loads and getting all the way to navigation has a couple bumps that could be smoother.

5. Has all the information needed to keep track of loads and mileage.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix myDRIVE COTC Issues

1. Fix myDRIVE COTC Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart myDRIVE COTC: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the myDRIVE COTC App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "myDRIVE COTC" » Open myDRIVE COTC » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for myDRIVE COTC » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear myDRIVE COTC app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from myDRIVE COTC servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "myDRIVE COTC" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check myDRIVE COTC app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, myDRIVE COTC might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall myDRIVE COTC. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall myDRIVE COTC then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing myDRIVE COTC not working


2. Fix myDRIVE COTC Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make myDRIVE COTC be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to myDRIVE COTC not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, myDRIVE COTC may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
