1. These electronics aren't completely easy for us old school guys and gals, but we have the common sense to plug our phone in when the batt is low.Got a load with a broker and before i knew it this app opened up by itself and started tracking without my permission.

2. This is not ready for primetime.App don't work can't take photo androidI found out that I can go into apps on my phone and force stop when I'm finished with the load but it continues tracking.

3. It's the driver's phone is dead because the app killed the battery how can you track it anyway?P44 needs to have at the minimum, touch buttons to show arrival and departure from shipper, multiple stops and final consignee.

6. The only way the app works is if you have location turn on all the time which kills your battery faster than the phone can charge.

7. 40 years ago we had to get off of the highway to find a load, find /use a phone to check call.

1. Fix DriveView Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart DriveView: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the DriveView App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DriveView" » Open DriveView by project44 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DriveView » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear DriveView by project44 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DriveView servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DriveView by project44" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check DriveView app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DriveView might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall DriveView. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DriveView then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DriveView not working

2. Fix DriveView Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DriveView be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DriveView not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DriveView may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
