eFleets Customer Insights

1. Get a hint, hire some actual programmers; not just in house employees that like computers.Logs out repeatedly, does not recognize credentials, has to close app several times before can loginIt's alright needs a little more features but all in all okWhat the heck is wrong with your app that special characters aren't allowed in passwords, you have an unlisted maximum length, and you require frequent password changes.

2. Doesn't matter if I am using my Samsung Android phone, my iPad, or my laptop PC, every time I attempt a lookup, I get an error message: REQUEST_DENIED No one to report this problem to.App keeps saying can't access while driving even while sitting still and haven't driven recently.

3. Don't give me the frequent password changes are for security nonsense, because they don't, and they're associated with increasing risk of hacking.I concur with mist other reviews.

4. However vehicle is out in the parking lot turned off and locked.A non starter! I can log into the web page with the credentials provided by Enterprise, but my credentials are not found when attempting to log into the app.

5. Also, very annoying with the "disabled while vehicle is in motion' feature, especially when walking around the office.Until about a month or so ago, the app was working fine.

6. Terrible password requirements and reset process.

7. Was finally able to reset password and log in on the website, but the app continues to fail to log in.

8. Shows my list of fleet vehicles for about 3 seconds then tells me no vehicles found.

9. Impossible to retrieve info to request repairs.Absolutely garbage.

10. Any motion of your hand seems to trigger it.

11. Seems to be in line with the most recent reviews and the most popular.
