1. This app either needs to be fixed or taken down ASAP!!!Will not let me use the app cant login keeps telling me no internet connection called customer service they said it was out of their hands that I needed to call my internet provider it's funny cause everything else except this app is working properly on my phone I don't think it's a internet connection issue it's an issue with the app already off to a terrible start with this card providerCannot log into the app.

2. If issue was fixed, in a reasonable enough amount of time, so I can use the app before I just close my account, since I can't use it as it stands, I would change my ratingI'm really having the hardest time loading this card.

3. I signed up for an account and recieved my debit card, but when I went to activate my shiny new debit card, I found out that EchoPay charges you a monthly membership fee.

4. They didn't let me know about the monthly membership fee until after I had already signed up for an account, recieved my debit card, and was in the process of activating it.Horrible app.

5. Cant access anything.... Wont make me a new account.(unless i send hard copys of id to an address?) To say its less than conveint and alot of hassle is an understatement.

6. We had to report second card lost then I had to pay $25 to expedite a new card for 3-5 days on June 30th and still no card.

7. I reported my card stolen on June 9th and it is now July 13 th and my replacement card has not come in.

8. For what? I thought this card was to be able to be used for direct deposit.

9. Couldnt get into my account because of someone elses E-mail address? What the? Cant change it.

10. Seems not a lot of banks will link to them... Update: it's getting worse, I am having the hardest time resetting the password kn this app now.

11. Impossible to scroll and fill out all information fields, continue/submit buttons are impossible to use, due to then bring out of frame and it being impossible to scroll in either direction to reveal them.

1. Restart EchoPay Visa Prepaid: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the EchoPay Visa Prepaid App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "EchoPay Visa Prepaid" » Open EchoPay Visa Prepaid » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for EchoPay Visa Prepaid » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear EchoPay Visa Prepaid app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from EchoPay Visa Prepaid servers.
