MoovBuddy Customer Insights

1. Thank you.I did the 1$ payment but now it charges more and i can't cancel it even if I uninstall the app , the subscription is empty as well in the Google play so let me get this straight : they wanna continue taking my money even tho I don't own the app anymore it's a terrible choice for you don't fall to the trap like meReally good unique & low pain exercises to me at least, which bring great relief for tech neck migraines amongst other, can't go wrong.Helped me with my back pains instantly!! Very easy to navigate and beginner friendly.

2. Exercises are useful but they only show it from one angle so it is hard to understand.The first time I used it, I can already feel the relief.

3. I waited more than 10 seconds after completing the exercise and it got stuck so I had to press back button on my phone and it didn't record my exercise.

4. It is also beginner friendly and the instructions are easy to follow.

5. I hope you create more exercises for different cases.

6. I am sorry but I do not find it worth to pay.

7. Impossible to cancel.

8. Wrote email to them and no one answered.

9. 10/10Absolutely horrible app.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix MoovBuddy Issues

1. Fix MoovBuddy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart MoovBuddy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the MoovBuddy App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MoovBuddy" » Open MoovBuddy: Your Health Coach » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MoovBuddy » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear MoovBuddy: Your Health Coach app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MoovBuddy servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MoovBuddy: Your Health Coach" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check MoovBuddy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MoovBuddy might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall MoovBuddy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MoovBuddy then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MoovBuddy not working


2. Fix MoovBuddy Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MoovBuddy be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MoovBuddy not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MoovBuddy may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
