1. I have tried calling the bank's 800 number and the phone line keeps hanging up not due to a busy dial but because the service is USELESS! Hire an app developer who KNOWS HOW TO DEVELOP AN APP! OR SEND ME AN EMAIL ON HOW TO RESET MY D@MNED PASSWORD!Its a really easy, awesome app that i trust.

2. But otherwise app is fine.A very straightforward and easy bank app to useUseless! I was told to download this app because my bank app had been updated to this and I can't even get a reset my password or receive a user login reset through email.

3. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app 3 times to no avail, and none of my information has changed, yet the app still doesn't work, forcing me to login via the website and deal with the captcha every time.

4. As long as I've been with Professional, Customer caring, always there Bank members, I have always been taken care of as if I am family.

5. One star off due to routinely having problems taking pics of front & back of checks to be deposited.

6. The wait time for customer service for help is to long.

7. I especially like the Auto-payments option on Billpay.The app was working during the month of April, 2020.

8. Sometimes it is annoying you cant do tranfers late night, but i just have to wait until the next morning, so not that big a deal.Really upset that I can log into the app.

1. Fix FHNB Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FHNB: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FHNB App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FHNB" » Open FHNB Mobile » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FHNB » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FHNB Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FHNB servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FHNB Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FHNB app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FHNB might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FHNB. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FHNB then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FHNB not working

2. Fix FHNB Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FHNB be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FHNB not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FHNB may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
