1. Very poor appLinking a service receipt to a managers email to wait for an approval to attach to an invoice to submit to a portal requires unnecessary additional work simply to be paid for a service we've already provided.
2. It keeps letting me fill it out and then will erase my photo of my invoice (which is mandatory for my job) so sometimes I have to wait days to turn it in.
3. Our Walmart location wouldn't answer our phone calls and even when we showed up on premise wouldn't answer our questions.
4. If the receipt isn't approved my company cannot send an invoice to get paid.
5. It seems very unprofessional at the moment.This app is an essential to running our services and we will not get paid without receipt.
6. Now you have to link your service receipt to a managers email.
7. It took 5 months to get this set-up needing Walmart corporate to directly reach out to our Walmart twice for action.
8. I've had it 4 days and it's crashed 10 times each time I've opened itApp continually crashes.
9. And there is no phone number to contact a live agent in regards to any issues you may exspirence.
10. Some of these managers are not being responsible or dedicated to their part of the process.
11. As of yesterday it was working fine all of a sudden it will not allow all any of our Android uses to access.
