1. While on a call, if someone else calls you your phone vibrates which causes a very unpleasant noise for the person on the other end.This app is great when it works, but it has a host of performance problems that make using it a nightmare.
2. For example, to adjust how to change your ring sequence between desk phone, web, or mobile phone, you select on Call Strategy.
3. It the promts you to select the order in which you would like the three options to ring, e.g. Web, Desk Phone, Mobile.
4. Been using it for about 2 weeks now for my business and the calls drop, text messages are laggy, error codes throughout the day, and overall call quality is horrible.
5. This is just one example, there are more...The app is very easy to use, and looks great! A few bugs I've found: Calls are being flagged improperly ie inbound calls are getting flagged as missed even though I answered them.
6. Very frustrating!This App is very useful, but it is not allowing me to log off as in the iPhone version, it is not allow me to end the calls when it goes to voicemail and also sometimes the speaker does not work.
7. Can you please fix these issues.Dropping calls, changes ringtone by itself and sometimes doesn't ring at all, app crashes and has several issues.

9. Constantly have to stop the app and restart it to get correct info like texts and recent calls.If you're considering Cytracom for VoIP and plan to use their app please DON'T.
10. The app does not ring after you switch screens (and back to the app again) and requires a force stop and restart to get it to ring again.
11. It syncs my desktop, mobile, and desk phone.
