1. Became completely unusable on my old phone a year-and-a-half ago – live TV and DVR would just show a black screen and progress meter and occasionally flicker a distorted still photo of the show for a moment before saying Sorry Having Difficulties.

2. Why does COX require us to compromise our privacy and security, enabling other applications to do things we don't want!I've used this app for some time and have generally had no issues.

  1. Restart Cox Contour TV: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Cox Contour TV App. Here is how:
