1. There is no cost for this mobile app, but it requires a working trial, or paid subscription of Intuit Field Service Management.

It did not do this before and now it all the sudden does.Very frustrating when I'm typing in the work description and it all of the sudden dissappears and i have to start all over again.The most user unfriendly app I've seen since the early 90s, if time and efficiency mean anything to you and youre forced to use this app, good luck.
2. Unable to text alert customer, Unable to schedule online, When tracking equipment information and custom attributes previous work order equipment information is erased, thus making it difficult to have a clear understanding of equipment previously worked on.
3. Not ideal for businessWorst app to work in the field ever needs to load every time and if you have low bars in your cellphone you're done it will take forever to load and you will be unable to even see your next service call.
4. Also when taking payments it does not show a zero balance on the invoice.Forced Log out....It is a real issue and Intuit is silent.
5. Additionally, it'd be great to have the option to see active status on work orders (such as en route and working) on the notification bar.
6. Intuit needs a work around that gives the user a way to override and allow the user to logout.
7. I can't adjust the work orders listed, log in, or perform any administrative functions that come with my login.
8. I often forget to pause work orders but I'll always see notifications.Bee using since 2014.
9. Error says logged out but it is notOrdinarily very reliable, but currently getting a window that says 'Forced Log Out'.
10. Once it does the forced lock out....it can be hell to correct.
11. It must be related to auto login and resources it has access to in Android.
