1. Also I think it's a rip-off that I'm being charged for each individual item in one purchase for example, I ordered spoons that come in a set of two, so I ordered three sets- I was charged three shipping fees, a shipping fee per item 😒! ...From the same place though?Almost all of my orders have been delayed multiple times, I've contacted support but all they've done is refund the shipping to store credit.

2. I realize that it's cheaper to allow the customer to keep the items their returning however everyone doesn't return or want a refund so we shouldn't all have to pay higher shipping costs just because of "some" people constantly returning (getting refunded) while still keeping the inv.Items won't be refunded...I have been ripped off, set delivery dates change, then after 2 months of waiting it's to late to be refunded.

3. 😡funny how the shipping rates change to compensate for when an item is free to make it the same price it would be when they charge for it or how shipping on this app is going up more and more.

4. It's a scam, again stay away! Updated..Have made 2 seperate orders and each time all of the $1 items were either unable to process so I go through an annoying process of getting a refund for each individual item.

5. Always check ✔ shipping price for each item, each item has a shipping price some are high for the small item you are getting Buyer beware I will order again I am sure.It's definitely getting better.

6. And it would be great if they would include the shipping fee on the items page, going back and forth to the cart is time consuming.This is Wish.

7. STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY! an not to mention about "limited supply items" the have very cheap listing price, an you never get the item but they take your money for 2 weeks.

8. Even though the money came out of my account for the item and shipping immediately.

9. However why is the price in the app always higher than what's actually charged at checkout? Plus the shipping costs are ridiculous! Please do something about both of these concerns.

10. They update the status and say that if my item does not arrive by "x date" to contact them for a full refund.

11. Or "HOME" fails to process my order fast enough so I do not get the item at the $1 price.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Home Issues

1. Fix Home Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Home: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Home App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Home" » Open Home - Design & Décor Shopping » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Home » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Home - Design & Décor Shopping app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Home servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Home - Design & Décor Shopping" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Home app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Home might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Home. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Home then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Home not working


2. Fix Home Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Home be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Home not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Home may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
