1. If those items were fixed, I would give 5 stars.It's a good app, but it really sucks when you're about to list an item, you're following the steps and once you've cropped your pictures and are ready to publish, not all the pictures you uploaded are showing, pictures are moved.

2. How great it all looked when they adjusted your pics to optimize them, etc... Bull.... I have tried for 2 days to list an item.

3. Selling isn't very user friendly, uploading pictures shows the 8 pics I uploaded, then I go to save the listing and there are only 2 pics.

4. If you add 12 pictures in the app, only 4 will actually appear in the listing.🤦 ♀️🤦 ♀️The search is based upon the sellers own "key words", not the actual name that you put in the search bar.

5. Posting one item will take me 15 to 30 minutes...resizing, rearranging, uploading, saving its so annoying and time consuming.

6. Poshmark is way easier to use.Everything works great, the only problem is uploading pictures is not that easy for the sellers.

7. New item post upload only pics it wants never puts the cover shot in front.

8. Tried to add had to put in draft to do itAs a seller it takes forever to sell an item on this app.

9. I've tried for 2 days to put in the address info required to list an item, and it won't save info.

1. Fix Tradesy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Tradesy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Tradesy App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Tradesy" » Open Tradesy: Buy Designer Fashion » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Tradesy » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Tradesy: Buy Designer Fashion app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Tradesy servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Tradesy: Buy Designer Fashion" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Tradesy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Tradesy might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Tradesy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Tradesy then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Tradesy not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Tradesy be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Tradesy not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Tradesy may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
