1. I use 8 bank apps, but this app is the most stupid one!! The "one button pay" forces u to pay the credit card bill immediately, although the bill is due much later! And if u want to pay thru "transfer", u simply can't transfer money to credit card accounts!! Can't set up any future instructions, totally a TRAP for clients to either pay in advance, or to miss the due date n get finance n interest charges later!! Fire the IT's, guess they never use the app n know nothing abt the business flowI can't use fingerprint to login.

2. Require too many unnecessary permission in order to use the app.Why would I need to give access to my storage, contacts and location to use a bank app? The request for access made me uninstall it.

3. This is absoultely excessive! Delete.Why the new app update need to access my photo, phone contact, location in order to use the app.

4. Whats going on?Why my phone this morning started pop up a message, mentioned that this apps is being infected, ask me to.uninstall. Pls kindly advise.

5. Also, there is an.issue for.view s month transaction.Piece of s__t, doesn't support fingerprint reader on Nokia 7plus.

6. Period.Unbelivable. This app requires access to my photos, media, files, location and my consent to make calls on my behalf before I can use it.

  3. Clear CCB (HK&MO) Mobile App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CCB (HK&MO) servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CCB (HK&MO) Mobile App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check CCB (HK&MO) app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CCB (HK&MO) might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall CCB (HK&MO). If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CCB (HK&MO) then reinstall.
