1. Great app for checking balance and paying bill.The app is fine/ average however, I wish the layout was a bit more attractive and I wish I could do a debit card payment as well instead of only a checking account payment.The mobil application was very easy and friendly to navigate.

2. In order To have any customer service by phone, the caller must give all of the following to each blaze customer service agent the call transfers to: (name, email, phone number, card number, FULL SS #, dob and billing zip code).

3. I was able to get much done making it convenient for me!It wont let you sign in all the time it tells you wrong password and very confusing cause it won't let u chose a different payment amount if you want to pay more.Decent app, but only way to make payment is via check, which is not so great.

4. Actually now ruining my credit UPDATE: DO NOT GET THIS CARD!!! I am still waiting on them to process my dispute and it has been over 2 MONTHS!! Unlike other cards they DO NOT refund money that is stolen immediately.

5. I have never had a credit card that limits how many time you can make a payment.

6. I should not have to put routing and account info everytime i make a payment.Unable to create account due to app glitch.

7. I will be canceling with blaze for this reason alone.Takes WAY too long to process payments resulting in late payments and LARGE missed payment fee.

8. I never seen a company not want money.Needs to be a little easier to make a payment without auto pay.

9. I have 7 other credit cards with the apps way easier to make a payment.

10. Accept debit card payments and you'll hv many more happy customers.

11. Apparently they set a limit and ut you want to make a payment after that limit they have you call in and then charge you $3.95 .

1. Fix Blaze Mastercard Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Blaze Mastercard: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Blaze Mastercard App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Blaze Mastercard" » Open Blaze Mastercard Mobile » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Blaze Mastercard » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Blaze Mastercard Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Blaze Mastercard servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Blaze Mastercard Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Blaze Mastercard app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Blaze Mastercard might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Blaze Mastercard. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Blaze Mastercard then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Blaze Mastercard not working

2. Fix Blaze Mastercard Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Blaze Mastercard be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Blaze Mastercard not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Blaze Mastercard may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
