1. now i believe it's a fraud at 99%Can you text me in English only, because my voice opiones, are all in French, and, I even delete the already full voice message mail, that is already in the voice mail box, or check the message that are already in the voice mail, hav'nt even set up the voice mail greating optiones, becauce of the, English only language of myself, and the Chatre mobile phone that, I am using, Custumer Service is in Frence only.I have been trying to open my account and it keeps telling me I don't have internet connection I bought another transcash yesterday so I can open another account it keeps giving me the same error Please update this app or you do something about it I sent emails no reply I called customer service and it is also invalid 🤦 ♂️App is not working, just rolling and rolling since the latest update.

2. Wish there was option for negative ratingI can not active my card , the app it's not working they say it's not allowed for new customers so what can I doThe support does not even answer questions but enrolls you to a marketing mailing list.

3. Recieved card from my organization, card needs to be activated but there is no process to activate, online form does not work.

4. the thing is: i bought a card pack and a ticket, i try to activate it and it said "temporary unavailable".

5. You are charged for every transaction, which if you use your card a lot, is more than a monthly fee.looks like a fraud.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Transcash Issues

1. Fix Transcash Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Transcash: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Transcash App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Transcash" » Open Transcash® Mastercard® » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Transcash » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Transcash® Mastercard® app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Transcash servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Transcash® Mastercard®" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Transcash app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Transcash might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Transcash. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Transcash then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Transcash not working


2. Fix Transcash Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Transcash be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Transcash not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Transcash may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
