2. When starting a Support Session, the app may request that the Support Accessibility Service be enabled in order to grant the connected Remote Support Representative key and gesture input capabilities while they view the display through Screen Sharing.
3. BeyondTrust Support users can optionally approve the use of an Accessibility Service to allow a Representative to further support and manage their device.

9. The File Transfer feature has been removed from this app due to Google Play Store app approval restrictions.
10. If encountering problems attempting to uninstall, ensure the app is deactivated in the Device admin apps settings menu.
11. Screen Sharing – Share your device’s screen in real-time.
1. Every other major company out there has REAL screen sharing and remote input. The damned thing is a DANGER! AND I cannot get rid of it! I cannot believe any legitimate company would USE this freaking Spyware!Could not activate full support.
2. Lesson learned! Now its a 2 because I can't change the permissions to deactivate it and delete it!!I can't believe this passes as a remote support mobile app.
3. You have to allow all permissions for it to work properly, which although does seem initially worrying, it does need to have this level of access in order to do its job.Didn't work for me then went to delete.
4. Well, well, well...I cannot seem to deactivate this app in order to delete it.I don't know how this app ended up on my phone.
5. (Bluetooth keyboard and mouse, docking station linked to a monitor) When we remoted to the device we could only see the phone screen not the actions the user was doing on the desktop.
6. It's tricky but the following worked on an android phone: you'll tap on the app until a menu pops up then go to the "i" in your left corner, from there it'll let you deactivate and Uninstall.
7. I had to download this via my company in order for them to troubleshoot their issues and I was assured that I could delete it immediately afterwards.
8. So, in order to delete this app I have to deactivate this app.
9. A user was using the phone connected to a docking station in desktop mode.
10. There was no option to view the other screen.Needs some work but is usable.
11. To uninstall you need to disable it from being an admin app first (this is quite normal).
