1. Haven't checked other features, hope they're better.Your app has a big problem!! Problem #1 When you go to the patient portal and fill the user name and password it redirects you to another log in page and you have to repeat filling user name and password.

Also it would be helpful if there was a way to click on the name to read more on status or explanation of abbreviationsthis is a total nightmare....I have never had such a hard time with anything online as with this!!!!followed instructions online,cant pull up Michigan Beaumont to even get to the appt.

7. I have had good luck with it as long as you navigate thru the bar at top of page.

1. Fix Beaumont Health Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Beaumont Health: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Beaumont Health App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Beaumont Health" » Open Beaumont Health » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Beaumont Health » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Beaumont Health app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Beaumont Health servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Beaumont Health" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
