1. AxisCare mobile is the easiest way for caregivers to manage visits with clients.
1. I have uninstalled and downloaded many times and still all I get is internal server error!!!!This app sucks! I'd give it a zero if possible! Has been nothing but problems since the day I downloaded it for work! Couldn't find the server to begin with, then it kept logging me out everytime I opened it, then it wouldn't open, then it wouldn't save my adl's, then I'd have to save the adl's 6 times for it to transfer the data correctly only about half the time, and NOW it is stuck in an endless loop of saving offline transactions while I am on WiFi or lte! P.
2. I can't accurately record my exact cock in/out time if I'm constantly having to notify the administration of the app issues.I do not particularly like the way the Axis Care Mobile system device works.
3. That way, I wouldn't waste my time requesting shifts with females (who mostly prefer women caregivers) & missing out on shifts with male clients.Axis Care app makes it so very much easier to log in, and log out.
4. Could use some improvement.Right after I updated it says Internal server error! I can't get back in! DO NOT UPDATE! Going on a week with no resolution.
5. I have contacted your Customer Service Department months ago and was told the system was developed for gathering information for the purposes of maintaining History.
6. Why do I need a tutorial after I change my password??? It's like teaching a gold meal track and field runner how to walk.
7. I have asked people in our personnel department and no one seems to know how to delete old and/or previous stored messages.
8. I currently have messages from April 2021, and it becomes very confusing whenever I check for New Assignments or Messages, and the Out- dated Messages still pop up.
9. My schedule is posted, and if there are issues, they can be recorded on the app.Nice app but I had to go from 5star to 3star because it doesn't give the accumulated hours worked in a period.
10. I didn't Uninstall and reinstall the app, just changed the password after having some trouble signing in.
11. This is not helpful to me, or others who are experiencing this problem.I would rate it 5 stars if there was a way to indicate the gender of the client.
