Not suggested to anyone to buy.Looks like it would be a good app, but already 10 minutes into setting it up, it's missing key features I need: - add rent amount to the unit with the ability to track rent increases by unit - went to edit a tenant and have no ability to update the rental period, as is showing 0 current tenants - Why are email address and cell phone for tenants required fields? Not everyone has email and a phone - viewed the property and no ability to edit units once entered, doesn't even list themI also liked the app initially and bought the pro version.

2. When trying to upload tenant documents the app doesn't allow basic format such as pdf... Annoying to say the least... After 5 minute's use and writing this review I deleted it... Not worth itSuper helpful and user friendly! I love it!! Updated review: Just updated to Pro version wanted to generate & export financial .xls spreedsheet report but it didn't give me to do so... Kind of upset now......Developer never responds to emails and not all features work even when you buy pro version.

3. But then came to know that the Backup and Restore features DOES NOT WORK AT ALL... I lost all my data that I entered in the app and couldn't restore it back from local file or Google Drive.

4. The reason for a 3 star review is that it doesn't allow to add multiple pictures of the apartment condition prior to leasing at the time and if you sell a property doesn't allow to erase it without erasing the total income .Simple to use.

6. Suddenly one Beautiful day the app decided to drop all the data (the phone is a flagship phone and still retained all other apps data).
