1. Really lazy and stupid that this still isn't fixed!! You guys must not care about your customers!!Just downloaded the app and I've attempted to sign in 3 times and it tells me "for reasons of security we need you to login again" It just keeps kicking me out! No wonder you have such a low ratings! You guys really need to invest in your "app" I was considering giving you guys more of business but not after this frustrating situation.You would think a company the size of American National they would be able to have a functioning app.
2. But I can log into the website just fine.Won't let me sign in... I signed in on website just fine but app states email and password validation error... I verified multiple times and it's correct but app still won't workEvery time I log in it has to send me a verification code... this is an issue when my family members need to log in and verify coverages...Worked flawlessly, and a LOT less hassle than by phone.
3. Now it kicked me out and is saying my sign in info is not recognized 😤 On the website I can sign in just fine though 😵 💫Doesn't let me log in.
4. Can't get past the verification screen because the entire page won't display, never letting you actually get to the verification "send" button.
5. But I know it's not the app it's the company itself.The app and website really need to be redone.
6. From the initial contact to completion, took 20 minutes...awesome! Even with very poor reception the continuity of the app was seamless.
7. This alone has me considering looking elsewhere for my needs and business.
8. The UI experience in both versions is not user friendly at all.
9. But still annoyed that we stall can't pay with a debit or credit card.
