1. Fix Ally’s ATM & Cash Locator Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ally’s ATM & Cash Locator: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ally’s ATM & Cash Locator App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ally’s ATM & Cash Locator" » Open Ally’s ATM & Cash Locator » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ally’s ATM & Cash Locator » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Ally’s ATM & Cash Locator app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ally’s ATM & Cash Locator servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ally’s ATM & Cash Locator" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
