1. No problems since then.LATEST UPDATE (JUNE 9,2020) DOES NOT WORK! GETS STUCK ON LOADING AND NEVER FINISHES! STRONGLY ADVISE BACKING UP CURRENT VERSION TO REVERT TO IF YOU WANT TO TRY THIS UPDATE.

2. The older version was so much more user friendly and kept my balance and notifications accurate.This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! You are a bank, with all the money in the world at your disposal; you should be able to design, manage, and update an app properly.

3. This is my singular and final warning.After switching to a better online banking option for me, ( discover ) not only is it a better bank that gives me 1% cashback up to $3,000.00 each month for my debit card transactions it auto deposits that cashback into my savings account.

4. If you cannot fix the consistency problems that so many of us are experiencing then either fire your coders and hire new ones, now, or I will be transferring my funds over to City National Bank and closing all my accounts with you.

5. More than half the time I am forced to clear app data & cache to get it to load and then it will still lock up and crash after finally loading one of the accounts.I don't usually rate things, but this app is so horrible, I had to rate it.

6. I guess I have to deposit my checks into my Chase account indefinitely.The new/updated app will not open anymore...stuck on "loading." I have uninstalled & installed several times.

7. I should not have to uninstall and redownload this app every time I want to check my account.

8. The app is more of an annoyance than something useful especially when I use it for checking my own personal account and both my parents personal and business accounts.

9. You cannot even do a mobile check deposit like you could previously.

10. I went to pay a bill and they sent me a check to go pay my bill .

11. My account after I pay in store or on line are pending for week before they close them out .

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Alliance Bank Issues

1. Fix Alliance Bank Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Alliance Bank: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Alliance Bank App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Alliance Bank" » Open Alliance Bank » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Alliance Bank » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Alliance Bank app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Alliance Bank servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Alliance Bank" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Alliance Bank app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Alliance Bank might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Alliance Bank. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Alliance Bank then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Alliance Bank not working


2. Fix Alliance Bank Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Alliance Bank be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Alliance Bank not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Alliance Bank may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
