1. The redesign ruined this app.Really? Are you going to force me to uninstall 3 other apps because I've given them accessibility permissions, just to use your app? It's not even enough to revoke the permissions from the other apps, I need to F:ing uninstall them? I'd rather switch banks and uninstall your app than uninstall my favourite home launcher, a trusted password manager and the app from Asus that makes my external screen touch capable.Just done the latest update and it tells me it will not work with my virus protection software unless i verify it at a bank.
2. Ridiculous!REMOVE ADS from this banking app!!! There are unhideable ads on the main screen and ADs that popup when you start, this is horribly bad design! We use these apps to perform banking functions, and we pay for it in fees.
3. Transferring funds to a bank that prioritizes banking, not app choices.Very slow!!! The interface design doesn't feel cohesive.
4. It now doesn't work if I allowed some of the apps, that I paid for, to have access on the Accessibility settings.
5. Now, I'm prompted to uninstall "apps2sd" due to Next app deeming it "unsafe." Uninstalling it temporarily fixed the issue, but now Nova 7 is flagged as unsafe, preventing Next app from starting.
6. I went and to the bank and let the staff sort it out, but it still will not work.This app is extremely slow.
7. Then you will be required to go in to a branch which means you will waste at least 2 hours waiting in line to talk to staff who do not really care about listening to you or who cannot even be bothered to speak loudly enough to be heard.
8. Putting ads everywhere only slows the app down, it gets more bloated and slower to load with every update, and makes the user experience worse.
9. I consider to move to another bank app with more stability.This app has been getting worse every update.
10. As of April 2023, the app now won't work unless I disable Bitdefender, Link to Windows and Microsoft Launcher.
11. Also, if you ever change phones the only way to reactivate the app is by using a facescan system that does not work at all.
