1. The Internet banking has become frustrated and exhausic service, cannot check my account, neither mobile nor a laptop is workingHere are my reviews: 1- Breaching our privacy by requesting and forcing us to open location services.
2. 3- You have services inside the App, but can't be of use and requesting us to pay a visit to few branches, then why they are in the App? 4- When writing a complaint, the answer from the bank is vague and not clear, general statements without answering the real questions.The new update is not working cause it says it has a bug.
3. If you are a business man you need need to have another bank accounts.I have a very bad experience with Alinma bank.... I cannot log into the app, whenever I try they say my user name and password are invalid and when I visited there branch I was told to call a certain number which doesn't even pass through.
4. I hope that your tech team is working hard to fix this bug or you are going to lose clients.Last update is just horrible! Why force me to activate location.

6. I have faced problems in transfeering locally, also in adding beneficiaries, and when visiting the bank, the employee told me there is no problem in your account.
7. I think it will work only if you had set a quick access or a fingerprint access before applying the update, otherwise, it crashes and closed automatically if you use the password and username method, exactly when you try to enter the 4 digits.
8. The Internet banking is also not working outside KSA.The new update has a lot of problems.
9. You don't have the right to force me to tell my location this is not safety matter it's more like privacy.
10. More than a week they have an issue in the application and they didn't fix iIs not good for international business.
11. What's going with this application, everyday different issue.
