Please, find a way to fix thisNice UI, but KYC Verification takes forever, Also Virtual -- Create new card not working Secondly Physical Card Visa Card not available, Add Fund or Money Via card (option not available 😔) 😓It's so annoying how sometimes when you open the app and type in your password, they tell you invalid login and you have to start typing in your phone number and doing whatever to get logged in.

It also doesn't work with all network providersvery easy to use, great money app with great app ui interface.I haven't been able to get an otp code from the app for 2 days now Zero starsvery fast transactions with responsive customer support ensuring seamless and smooth experienceSince yesterday my app is not letting me login.

4. Sometimes, sellers need further proof of transfer before providing buyers with their products (even after seeing the alert), and the problem of not being able to get reciepts from this app is very inconvenient.

5. Months later and I'm still having trouble logging in and now, you type in an account number to transfer money to and you get a message saying it's an invalid account.

6. It does what needs to be done quickly and efficiently (that is, primarily sending and receiving money, buying recharge cards, etc), but my only issue is that reciepts aren't generated after.

7. From check internet connection to unable to verify location then to make sure you are using the updated app, to an error occured.

8. I love PocketApp !!!💜🤍💜 💯💯💯It's a really nice app.

9. You can't even download or share receipts of your transactions.I honestly don't understand the problem with this app.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix PocketApp Issues

1. Fix PocketApp Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart PocketApp: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the PocketApp App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PocketApp" » Open PocketApp: Send & Manage Money » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PocketApp » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear PocketApp: Send & Manage Money app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PocketApp servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PocketApp: Send & Manage Money" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check PocketApp app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PocketApp might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall PocketApp. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PocketApp then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PocketApp not working


2. Fix PocketApp Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PocketApp be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PocketApp not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PocketApp may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
