I'm still switching all my stuff over because I went to treatment back in December January something like that and it was pretty crazy but I'm sober and this will really help if it actually turns into something that I can use because I haven't gotten any kind of assistance into a system that I've been paying for a long time the only thing that I got was the EBT cards and I don't understand why when I was gainfully employed for 27 years it's kind of messed up just reaching outThis company is garbage, everytime I wanna send money I get request asking for picture ID, proof of income, check stubs and a copy of my monthly bank statement all this personal information just to transfer a couple 100 bucks and if you don't have it they won't do the transfer huge hassle! Tried transferring $40 dollars and they requested all the information again! I have to give you all this information to transfer...
2. I strongly recommend Boss Money anyday anytime.I've been using this app for a long time and suddenly I can't sent money anymore because I tried to update my address on my payment method but everytime I fix it and save it nothing happens it won't save my addressDONT DOWNLOAD THIS APP.

Boss Revolution should upgrade her service level agreements with her partners for a higher service availability as the app at times becomes too slow for my liking, thanks.I have been using Boss Rev for years now.. it was very nice and efficient at the beginning but lately, they are becoming not very reliable.
4. I was forbidden/ 🚫 blocked and now I can't even access my mobil account I called customer service and no body knows what is going on 😵 💫😵😠😠😠😡😡😡😠Great app, good interface and fair transfer fees.
5. Use the app at your own riskI've been using this app for more than a year.. I loved it until today For some reason I couldn't send money after that.
6. Looks they whole team is useless or doesn't know how to deal with money transfers.
7. 2 days wasting my time asking for information every time and they are never satisfied.
8. Do not believe their international money transfer.
9. Mobile top-up! I entered all the info required and it returned a payment processing error.
10. Then I noticed that my bank account was debited with the amount I selected for the top-up, and then I was credited back.
11. I tried a different card and got the same outcome as previous transaction.
