1. Unprofessional staff, they're not friendly, very rude.I did 3 transfers and all of them were canceled since 9 days ago but my money doesn't appear in my bank account yet.
2. The worst app i ever seen, I just created this account for the first time and first time I try to send money to Mexico and they just locked the account.
3. For the second day, the person I sent money to is trying to access the status of the transfer and only seeing the message about too many people using the service and being asked to try later.
4. I tried contacting the customer service to cancel this order that will never go through because the bank info is wrong, but after almost 10 days I got no response.
5. When I'm trying to enter to my account it says " Login failed ".They lock your account without notice ,never check on me after being using the app for more than a year.

7. After a week I tried to enter the details again and this time it showed a mesage that details are verified.

10. When I called support they don't even told me the reason why they have been locked the account.
11. Their email communication was OK, though it's not clear from the app or email whether my account is permanently locked for online transfers.
