Props for their customer support they awnser quick.Pangea is not a good money transfer service, I tried to send money to my love ones in Mexico and after 16 hours of waiting for a verification text I finally called their number to see what the status of my transaction was and they said that my transaction was canceled due to not being able to verify the receipt information.

2. I don't recommend Pangea.After signing up and had my money taken out for transfer, I immediately got a text about my ID is something they don't accept.

3. At this point I feel frustrated 😠Very easy to transfer no hassles and my workers get their pay every week on time and do it with no effort at all without going through check writing ordeal every week thanks Pangea I would give six stars but not enough stars to say well done.

1. Fix Pangea Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Pangea: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Pangea App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pangea" » Open Pangea: Transfer & Send Money » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pangea » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Pangea: Transfer & Send Money app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pangea servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pangea: Transfer & Send Money" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Pangea app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pangea might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Pangea. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pangea then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Pangea not working

2. Fix Pangea Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Pangea be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Pangea not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Pangea may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
