5. You can try this workout for free. -Our workouts range from Fat Loss, HIIT, Lean Muscle with a special focus on booty for the ladies. -Each workout has a timer, list of exercises complete with how many sets, reps, time and notes from the influencer or athlete.
1. For example, data sometimes gets erased (weights, time), and if i dont start the timer during the workout b/c I forget, sometimes there's an option to input the total time manually and other times it does not pop up.
2. Also, if you want to restart a previously completed workout it tends to freeze and it takes about 4 tries to be able to do it.Just updated - lost all previous workout data, notes, reps.
3. Unlike the previous version, when I complete the first set of a workout it does not carry over the weight I just lifted to the second set, so I have to manually reenter the weight for every set even if it's the same.
4. One time the timer just turned off so I didn't get to track my workout length.
5. My biggest gripe is I use it for her HIIT program, and every time I want to do the same workout over again, I have to clear my past progress for that workout completely.
6. However, now it won't even let me watch the video guides for how to do an exercise and it won't even let me track my workout! All that works is the timer.
7. The app freezes all the time and I have to restart it which causes me to lose where I was in the workout.
8. The app times out and stops tracking your workout time and then you have to restart it and lose your tracker.
9. Also I wish there was a way to search certain exercises since the last weight you used for that exercise does not always show up in the new workouts.The app is relatively simple to use, but it is full of small annoyances.
10. It would also benefit from alternative and progression exercises when they are too easy or too hard.I like the concept so much! It's excellent and really motivates me to check the boxes on my workout.
11. A giant pause button is all you need.I got this app because I purchased a workout program and the workouts themselves are great.
I bough Natacha oceans build and reload guide- downloaded the app and put in my email address but no code is being sent to my email address so I cannot receive the workouts.
