1. With a few taps, book an on-demand ride in the app and our technology will pair you with other people headed your way. No detours, no delays.
2. Other passengers will get picked up and dropped off throughout your ride, and you get to save cash and reduce carbon emissions.
3. This means you’re getting the convenience and comfort of a private ride with the efficiency, speed, and affordability of a public one.
4. Think of Trinity Metro On-Demand as a whole new way to get around Fort Worth — a ridesharing service that’s smart, easy, affordable, and green.
5. With a couple of taps, you get to do your part to make your city a little bit greener and cleaner, every time you ride. Questions?
6. Book a ride on your phone and your vehicle will meet you at a nearby corner.
7. Eligible users can also pay using pre-tax transit dollars through approved commuter benefit debit cards.
8. Sharing rides reduces the number of vehicles on the roads, bringing down congestion and CO2 emissions.
9. Our corner-to-corner algorithm matches people headed in the same direction.
10. Aggregating people into one vehicle brings down prices. Enough said.
11. Throw us a 5-star rating.
1. Half the time the riders don't get an alert I've been assigned to them and i have to send multiple requests to get someone to notice.I would give it five stars if it weren't for the fact that the app crashes every time I try to use it, even after uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times.
2. This app crashes more than CyberPunk 2077Honestly, I'm just here to point out how zipzone is poor replacement for cross campus travel.
3. While that's okay for anyone looking to travel anywhere within the marked TCC FW area, southeast now has zero public transportation access.
4. The campus that is the farthest is now inaccessible publicly.Great way to take short trips around town in otherwise underserved by public transit but popular areas.
5. Today it didn't even notify me they had arrived until 5 or 6 minutes after, by which tome they had already left, and it didn't notify me they had already left until I was already out there looking for them like an idiot when they weren't there anymore for another 3 or 4 minutes.
6. Coupled with the half off multi ride passes that's been offered the last few months, you truly can't beat the value offered with this service.
7. And unless the ZipZone can connect with other rider services; metro to all the collegiate schools or areas of interest its not cost effective.
8. App works great.I see zip zone in my area but won't travel to my home, keeps saying out of area.
9. As of Sept 18 they finished the operation of bus routes specifically for TCC cross campus travel.
10. Doesn't feel like public transportation at all, and is a fantastic alternative to Uber where it's available.
11. I see people use this to get to the museum downtown where I work in Downtown, FORT WORTH all the time.
