1. Checker Metro cab sucksMust sit and watch phone , if your not paying attention, the app will stop & you have to reorder & keep ordering & keep ordering !! It's pain in the ass , just like calling & speaking to a dispatcher, who are very unfriendly , not courteous whatsoever & very very rude and disrespectful especially the midnight and the afternoon dispatchers!!!!! The app was great the first few times , other than those 2 times it's been a ONE HUGE HEADACHE, FOR SURE THEY LOST A CUSTOMER WHO PAID GENEROUS TIPS!!!crashes ALOT ALOT ALOT ... but once you get it working, its great !! just like the old days .. like an uber you dont have to prepay for.. helps out when you don't have cash on a card atm...This app could be more convenient if it wasn't so slow.

3. Your service is trash and so is this app.SO Unreliable it's Ridiculous once a taxi driver came in 10 minutes shocked me and he was nice to wow!! Shocked me double.

4. The only recommendation I have is the cab fare estimate and a way to pay by card with the app or GoPay (nfc) reader.Why is it so hard for y'all to pick up at a house? Every single time I need one to come to my home there's never one available yet if I'm at any of the hospitals here they come.

5. Well I guess he never got that note because when my daughter arrived to her destination...driver said he do not accept cards so...he did not get paid.

6. Then you receive an email saying that the ride was cancelled due to driver saying I wasn't there.

7. He took me to my destination but I had to step by step direct the taxi driver 🚕 to my destination 🙄.

8. I don't understand.The app is very slow dictating where driver is located and off by arrival time to be.

9. I pay with a card or cash just calling checker.Very convenient and it's easy to navigate.
