1. 🖼️s and 🎥s are never in the correct order, instead of sorting by "date taken" as I selected, they are always sorted by "date of transfer into the created album"; ALSO need to have 🖼️s and 🎥s in SUBFOLDERS show up separately in said SUBFOLDERS instead of getting mixed randomly back in with everythingAs a photo/media organization app this was pretty good, but I have to give it two stars because the ads will play at high volume despite my phone being set to mute.

2. This app has most of the features but a GLARING OMISSION IS MULTIPLE SELECTION!! Do you realize what a PIA it is to have to select 40+images to send to another folder or upload/share with another app?! It's ridiculous! It's so simple.. Select the first image and the last and a button/gesture to select all in-between! INSTANT 5⭐! Do THISExcellent features.

3. It even has some editing features! Thank you devs for this spectacular app!This CAN BE A 5⭐ APP... add MULTI SELECTION! As a former quickpic user, I have searched for an app that can compete since quickpic is GARBAGE now.

4. So I was reading black text on a black background... This app allows me to choose the background color :)I've been looking for a new gallery app ever since quickpic became useless.

5. I've tried installing it again, clearing cashe and permissions and even did a full reset of Android and nothing helped.Perfect. I was a user of QuickPic until the developer went insane.

10. just please don't ruin this app like cheetahmobile ruined there's.The free version of this app has commercials added to it that will start playing quite loudly when you try to close the program.

11. Unless you like annoying ads, I would NOT recomend this app.It was running fine for a long time but recently I have a problem where the app closes itself after a few seconds.

1. Fix Gallery365 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Gallery365: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Gallery365 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Gallery365" » Open Gallery365 - Photo viewer » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Gallery365 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Gallery365 - Photo viewer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Gallery365 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Gallery365 - Photo viewer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Gallery365 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Gallery365 might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Gallery365. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Gallery365 then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Gallery365 not working

2. Fix Gallery365 Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Gallery365 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Gallery365 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Gallery365 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
