A+ Gallery Customer Insights

1. Things that bother me - why display all the empty folders? No sort by size option, and finally - I've found moving files is painfully slow, like at least double the amount of time of others.Finally found a gallery that shows ALL of my photos! Others didn't show all of them like simple gallery, so glad i found one that does! Edit:ok so it's still a bit annoying, like it would be nice if you could rename a photo from this app, or be able to toggle being able to view the name of each picture on the bottom of each thumbnail, i think that would be good enough for me to rate 5 starsI mostly like this app.

2. Again, pretty silly that we have to back out of the video just to go to the next one.What this app offers over my stock Android phone's gallery is the option to exclude folders, as well as a sane display of albums, but really both of those things are found in many other apps on the store with no popup ads.

3. I'd like the the developers to imagine going through the inconvenience of having to tap several dosen photos one by one so they can understand why swipe selection can be a very useful feature.Pretty darn great photo organizer, editor and uploader.

4. Good job! One missing feature: Being able to set what editor you use instead of asking each time.Does not back up photos.

5. Edit - yes, the native OS can do this, ok its own... But that data, going to a third party, is the core issue.Fantastic Ad system - One missing feature! I know it sounds silly but this app handles ads really well.

6. Dark interface option, folder labeling, folder priority options, folder label setting, make this my favorite.

7. When my screen shattered I thought I would be able to recover my pictures through this app since I set up the secure vault.

8. The description makes it seem like you can back up your photos through the secure vault, but it doesn't.

9. Once again I've had to search for a replacement gallery because for whatever reason developers seem to like to eventually destroy what they've created.

10. But after following all the instructions, I still cannot move a selection of pics to the secure vault.

11. Pics can't be moved in batches to the secure folder.I want to love this App.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix A+ Gallery Issues

1. Fix A+ Gallery Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart A+ Gallery: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the A+ Gallery App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "A+ Gallery" » Open A+ Gallery - Photos & Videos » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for A+ Gallery » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear A+ Gallery - Photos & Videos app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from A+ Gallery servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "A+ Gallery - Photos & Videos" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check A+ Gallery app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, A+ Gallery might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall A+ Gallery. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall A+ Gallery then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing A+ Gallery not working


2. Fix A+ Gallery Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make A+ Gallery be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to A+ Gallery not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, A+ Gallery may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • Good afternoon. More than a week has passed, and you have not deleted the data from the A + cloud and where else do you have it remotely. I saw that you canceled your subscription, but I didn't ask you at all. I was not interested in the loss of money, but I am interested in the fact that my passport data and other information that should not have got there at all got into the cloud. Also with Sequre Vault - I just don't know where this information is backed up, that is, if you have it, then please also delete the contents of this cloud. So far, I saw that 111 megabytes of space are occupied by my photos in my account, and I do not have full access to my data, even in order to simply delete them, it is generally unacceptable. I am still waiting for the solution of this issue on your part. Your application does not have access to all the data uploaded to the cloud. Album links have been lost and there is no listing of the cloud directory so that at least I can control my data myself.

  • Good afternoon. I tried to contact you using facebook messenger and got no response. I have no control over the data that was sent thanks to the start of the sync. I didn’t plan to sync the Camera folder, and it seems that your application did it automatically in the first queue. After that, I did not get control over all the files uploaded to the A + cloud. If you cannot make app for normal browsing on the uploaded files, please delete the entire contents of my account disk, as well as the contents of the secure vault, since I don’t even know where this storage is located. Thank you.
