Why should I report an Issue with Photo Editor by BeFunky?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. It would have been put up to a 5 star if it would have staued the same just fixed the issue.Okaaaaay so this is disappointing, I tried to pick an image to edit and for some unknown reason it can't open the file.

2. just fix those two things for me and I won't give it a lesser rating.For some inexplicable reason it uses its own special image selector that doesn't allow you to navigate folders, or enter search terms, making it completely useless.

3. Overall, it's a great, quick, non- complicated app.I understand that they changed the UI for the app to match the web, but it kind of defeats the purpose to be able to quickly edit pictures on the go.

4. If I can at least get a chance to try it out, I'll update my review, hopefully this issue is fixedLoved this app but the inability to select folders makes it tedious scrolling through hundreds of pics.

5. Until then, -42 Stars.I'm glad they fixed the issue with being able to go into different folders in your gallery, but I really, really don't like the new UI.

6. Please reconsider those of us who loved the "app" solely for the convenience of editing quickly from our phones.how do you get rid of the blue lines around the last picture you clicked on and I want to control the size of the collage itself too.

7. First day trial, mainly want to simplify my photos to create pen & ink sketches and line drawings for my watercolor painting.

8. Simple is always better.Used to love it but now you can not use drop down menu to select photos which is difficult if you have 100's of photos and many albums .

9. Using this new interface actually makes me feel like I'm sitting down at a computer trying to edit.

10. UPDATE: I see the folder issue is fixed but the UI is confusing and unnecessary.

1. Fix Photo Editor Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Photo Editor: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Photo Editor App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Photo Editor" » Open Photo Editor by BeFunky » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Photo Editor » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Photo Editor by BeFunky app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Photo Editor servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Photo Editor by BeFunky" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Photo Editor app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Photo Editor might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Photo Editor. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Photo Editor then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Photo Editor not working

2. Fix Photo Editor Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Photo Editor be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Photo Editor not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Photo Editor may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
