1. I don't have a problem taking or viewing photos, just recording and viewing videos.HOLY SHOOT!! THE FREAKING VIDEOS, it's awful enough that other apps require you to toggle the rotate button just to get the right aspect ratio, but to have an upgrade (more like downgrade) that turned my favorite gallery with that awful feature, is freaking just plain stupid.

Plus a Recently Deleted Album that you can't remove?! are u not aware that some people doesn't even use phones mainly for taking photos of people? plus your update says "My Album added to make photo searching easier" You just made it more complicated by adding gaps between albums and adding more unnecessary albums that we can't even remove/disable.

3. To go back into a folder or album we have to press the back button and not the swipe up or down function as in many other gallery apps such as Google Photos or Xperia album.

4. Sadly the option to set custom photo in Armoury Crate is opening this app and only show whatever photos that the app has decided to show me....While the interface is good in itself some minor yet essential features are missing.

1. Fix ASUS Gallery Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ASUS Gallery: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ASUS Gallery App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ASUS Gallery" » Open ASUS Gallery » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ASUS Gallery » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ASUS Gallery app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ASUS Gallery servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ASUS Gallery" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ASUS Gallery app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ASUS Gallery might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ASUS Gallery. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ASUS Gallery then reinstall.

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ASUS Gallery be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
