About USB Photo Viewer

1. But this doesn't do anything, so how am I supposed to know if the 'USB media explorer' works? Kinda stupid.It didn't work for this camera, but the developer took the time to code in why it wouldn't work.

2. I can't zoom in or delete pics from my cardBasically, there's no ability to navigate between levels of files on your USB drive unless you buy the upgrade.You can view thumbnails or one pic at a time.

3. This is a gateway app to a paid version and after uninstalling I no longer can view my files from a type C to USB media device.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix USB Photo Viewer Issues

1. Fix USB Photo Viewer Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart USB Photo Viewer: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the USB Photo Viewer App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "USB Photo Viewer" » Open USB Photo Viewer » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for USB Photo Viewer » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear USB Photo Viewer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from USB Photo Viewer servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "USB Photo Viewer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check USB Photo Viewer app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, USB Photo Viewer might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall USB Photo Viewer. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall USB Photo Viewer then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing USB Photo Viewer not working


2. Fix USB Photo Viewer Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make USB Photo Viewer be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to USB Photo Viewer not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, USB Photo Viewer may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
