Why should I report an Issue with Random Gallery?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. An option would be nice that once turned on, swipe up gives you a random picture, swipe left or right gives you the next/previous picture in that folder.Is there a way to make it so it's scrolls through images when swiping up and down? The constant accidental exiting and pop-ups of the delete confirmation are annoying and not useful for me.

Features I'd like to see added: Filter by filetype Webm support Option to mute videos (as a browsing setting) so they don't interrupt system audio Ability to 'open with...' from image to share with another application (editor or social media) If you had that or some of it, I'd buy pro in a heartbeat.It's a great app that does what it's meant to do extremely well.

3. The only two things I'd point out are: 1.When you select an image and then start swiping through images, the moment you turn your device's orientation, the picture resets to the one you first opened.

4. Other than that it's a decent app.Works on nexus 7 2012, however the app starts chugging once it loads more than 1000 photos to the point slideshow crashes after 10 photos and the app itself becomes super slow after adding a few photos to favorites.

5. My favorite thing is that they actually listen to feedback!! I emailed their support to compliment the introduction of one new feature, and complain about the removal of a different feature; they emailed back within 24 hours to let me know they heard my input! Love this app and use it regularly.Update: Obviously, this app looks like it's been abandoned.

6. Ideally, I'd love to have the option to make it that swiping up/down gave random images but swiping left/right scroll through the images in order.

7. After you swipe maybe 20 pages in one direction it just shows the same few picture over and over.I have long been looking for an app that could pick photos at random from multiple directories.

8. As soon as these issues are fixed, you get 5 stars.Great app, does what it's meant to do really well, has a great simple ui and the folder selection feature etc are great.

9. But just in case it is not, the other useful feature would be to allow the user to edit the image with external editor.

10. The images seem to repeat a bit too much, perhaps have an option for randomize with no repeats and just randomize.

1. Fix Random Gallery Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Random Gallery: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Random Gallery App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Random Gallery" » Open Random Gallery » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Random Gallery » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Random Gallery app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Random Gallery servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Random Gallery" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Random Gallery app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Random Gallery might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Random Gallery. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Random Gallery then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Random Gallery not working

2. Fix Random Gallery Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Random Gallery be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Random Gallery not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Random Gallery may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
