1. Nothing more that a browser portal.sheet sheet absolute sheet cant download cant printKeep getting locked out of the system.Seems to load real slow and freeze up when I try to use it.

2. I put in the current, typed a new one, was told my current was invalid even though I had just used it to log in before prompted to change it then after a few attempts to do what it wanted it locked me out.

3. The icon for printing/download not working.. should fix this asap!I can't figure out how to print, download, or share my paycheck stubs.

1. Fix Vibe Pay (Formerly ECI Pay) Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Vibe Pay (Formerly ECI Pay): Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Vibe Pay (Formerly ECI Pay) App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Vibe Pay (Formerly ECI Pay)" » Open Vibe Pay (Formerly ECI Pay) » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Vibe Pay (Formerly ECI Pay) » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Vibe Pay (Formerly ECI Pay) app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Vibe Pay (Formerly ECI Pay) servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Vibe Pay (Formerly ECI Pay)" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Vibe Pay (Formerly ECI Pay) app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Vibe Pay (Formerly ECI Pay) might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Vibe Pay (Formerly ECI Pay). If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Vibe Pay (Formerly ECI Pay) then reinstall.
