1. As a whole, it does a good job keeping all records in one place but it needs a server upgrade to get the response time up.This is a good scheduling tool.

2. While I can generate proposals from my phone, I typically use the tablet for larger viewing.It's just takes a long time to load every command, and we work on commission and time is money.

3. Time is money out in the field and the app takes too long to switch screens, go back and upload documents and photos.

4. So annoyingI don't like leap, I miss JPMarginal at best...still not setup and functioning as needed but they have reached out to help so I deleted my last review and improved the rating.

1. Fix Leap Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Leap: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Leap App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Leap" » Open Leap formerly JobProgress » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Leap » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Leap formerly JobProgress app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Leap servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Leap formerly JobProgress" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Leap app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Leap might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Leap. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Leap then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Leap not working

2. Fix Leap Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Leap be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Leap not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Leap may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
