1. I've tried it on 2 different phones and both never worked (androids.) Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing fixes it.I love this app and the convenience it allows my business!! Though the language portion does glitch from time to time, that has mostly been resolved since the last few updates, and is an easy fix just by closing and reopening the app.
2. Why do i need to wait to access my back office when i'm not shopping?! But it doesn't make me wait to get to the shop part? I'm not shopping, it's frustrating to have to wait to access my business infoLanguage selected is English, but it's showing French.
3. I've paid more for waaay less! I give it 4 stars because there are some glitches that I have found and reported that have yet to be fixed.During flash sales, the app puts me in the queue when i am trying to access my desktop dashboard, but i don't have to wait for the queue when i just select the shop button from the home page on the app.
4. You don't have to be at the mercy of time and trying to race home to get to a computer to help your customer or log in using your phone.The app shows a promo/ sales tab but it is grayed out and cannot be selected.
5. I only gave it three stars b/c It was great when I could log in and see my business and do basic work, but now, I can no longer sign in unless I subscribe to the Pro version.
6. I agree that It would be nice if corporate made the basic app available to all, especially if you are just getting started and growing your business.
7. Its really hard to get a business up and running when the tools you need are not reliable! **Edit, its 3/9/2020 and issues havent been addressed.
8. There is a weight queue to check your back office during sales and promos even if you're not shopping there should be a selection for back office and shopping during sales.
9. As an app that's supposed to make work easier, it fails.When first downloaded I was able to access all the functions in the app.
10. No one returns my calls either!I've had this app work 1 time in the last 4 months I've had it.
11. If you are real new to the business, you don't want to have to incur a monthly expense you can't support at the start.
