The message has been already shown over one month.The worst bankingbrules and management I haver seen They let you open the account then they close abruptly your account by having your money stuck inside the bank .Then they tried to send the money through checks to your address and the cheques are delivered to someone else not to yourself and you can never ever.

2. get your deposit balances back your money is being confiscated by the bank .Kind of stealing customers money through their own banking ways of manipulations..DONT USE THIS BANK IN TWAlways temporarily unavailable, super annoying, not getting better through 2 months!improved stability and simplified workflow.

3. And if you think that having an HSBC account in another country and here will help with transactions and money transfers, you will be disappointed.

4. Now still says max devices reached, can't access either one unless I waste time going to the bank.

5. however the functions are limitedUpdate needed for Android 12 / Pixel 6 asap! Currently unable to use on new Pixel phone.Worst app ever.

7. They offer nothing but an ATM card, which they will cancel from time to time without warning or reason, inconveniencing you.

1. Fix HSBC Taiwan Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart HSBC Taiwan: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the HSBC Taiwan App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HSBC Taiwan" » Open HSBC Taiwan » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HSBC Taiwan » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear HSBC Taiwan app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HSBC Taiwan servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HSBC Taiwan" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check HSBC Taiwan app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HSBC Taiwan might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall HSBC Taiwan. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HSBC Taiwan then reinstall.
